My work weaves Holistic Pelvic Care™ by Tami Lynn Kent, Arvigo® Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy, and multidisciplinary bodywork. Together, we learn the internal musculature and energetic imprints of your pelvic floor and use supportive bodywork tools to find balance. This can, and often, includes intervaginal assessment and myofascial treatment, which is always guided by your comfort and consent.
Your inner sense of yes or no leads the way — listening to that internal compass is foundational to this work.
For those feeling curious or aligned, session options are available here.

Services

This work is for women who sense that their body is asking for something more attentive, more relational, and more honest than what they’ve found with reproductive health so far. For women looking for care that doesn’t rush, override or fix them, but instead works with their body’s intelligence. Often, they find themselves at a threshold: after birth, loss, illness, or years of pushing through, and may be experiencing pelvic pain, tension, disconnection, UTIs, incontinence, fatigue, or a quiet sense that something isn’t right. This work is especially aligned for women who simply want to feel more at home in their body.

General Pelvic Health:

my process

We start with checking in– what are you experiencing at this moment? What brought you here? What are we working towards? The order of the session will depend on what your body is asking for. Assessment, massage, and internal work are included in most sessions, always at the lead of your body and your consent.

results and benefits

This work often supports a return to ease; less holding, less guarding, and more felt connection in the pelvis. Women may notice changes in pain patterns, sensation, menses, continence, overall pelvic comfort, and greater ease with intimacy and pleasure.
